TIANJINPORT DEV (03382) Subsidiary Pacific International Signs Contracts for Shore Crane Upgrades

On December 19, 2025, Pacific International (a subsidiary of TIANJINPORT DEV (03382)) entered into two contracts with Jin'an Heavy Industry.

The first contract, for the automated lubrication system upgrade of shore cranes, is valued at RMB 4.731 million (tax inclusive). This upgrade will enable precise, timed lubrication without requiring maintenance downtime or manual operation, ensuring optimal lubrication while reducing subsequent failures and contamination risks.

The second contract, for the electrical control system upgrade of shore cranes, is valued at RMB 6.99 million (tax inclusive). This project will enhance crane stability while lowering failure rates and routine maintenance costs.

These upgrades are expected to strengthen Pacific International's terminal competitiveness and generate greater operational benefits for the group.
