CH MODERN D (01117) has announced that effective March 25, 2026, Mr. Zhang Ping will step down from his role as non-executive director and will no longer serve as a member of the audit committee and remuneration committee. Mr. Shen Xinwen will be appointed as a non-executive director and will join both the audit committee and remuneration committee.
