绿源集团控股（开曼）有限公司（02451）于2026年2月3日刊发截至2026年1月31日的月度证券变动报告。报告显示，公司在本月内无新增股份发行或购回注销，股本结构保持稳定。
公司注册股本维持在1,000,000,000股普通股，每股面值USD 0.0001，总额USD 100,000。于1月末，已发行股份（不含库存股）数目仍为410,170,000股，库存股16,497,000股，合计426,667,000股，与上月底持平。
报告期内，绿源集团控股在首次公开发售前及发售后股份激励方面有所变动：前者有合计88,025份期权被行使，但由库存在先股份支付，不影响公司已发行股本总数；后者于1月5日授出了28,685,500股受限制股份单位，未来或以发行新股及/或转让库存股份形式予以支付，目前尚未对股本造成实质影响。
公司表示，已遵守香港联合交易所有限公司《上市规则》及相关法律法规。本次月报由执行董事陈郭胜签署。
