• Withholding-Tax Framework – Non-resident enterprises: 10% withholding. – Non-resident individuals: 10% standard; reduced or increased rates apply depending on applicable PRC tax treaties (less than 10% or up to 20%). – Mainland investors holding H-shares via Stock Connect: • Enterprises self-report taxes; dividends held ≥12 months are tax-exempt. • Individuals and investment funds: 20% withholding.

• Administrative Details – Share registrar: Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, Hopewell Centre, Wanchai, Hong Kong. – No listed warrants or convertible securities are affected by this dividend update.

The announcement solely amends the default currency, Hong Kong-dollar payment amount, and applicable exchange rate; no other terms of the interim dividend have changed.
