DFI Retail Group Holdings Limited announced the appointment of Tom van der Lee as Chief Executive Officer, Food, and the promotion of Kaizhi Wu to Group Chief Financial Officer, both effective Aug, 1 2026.

Tom van der Lee, currently Group Chief Financial Officer, will take charge of the Group’s food segment after having strengthened financial discipline and performance transparency since 2019. He will join the Group’s Management Committee when he assumes the CFO position.

The changes were disclosed in a filing with the United Kingdom’s Financial Conduct Authority dated Jul, 6 2026.
