AM Group Reports Stable Share Capital and Maintains Public Float Compliance in March 2026 Update

AM Group Holdings Limited released its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 March 2026, confirming a stable share structure and continued adherence to Hong Kong Stock Exchange public-float rules.

• Authorised Share Capital The company’s authorised share capital remained unchanged at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, equivalent to HKD 100.00 million.

• Issued Shares Issued share capital also showed no movement during the month. The total stood at 800.00 million ordinary shares, and the company held no treasury shares.

• Public Float Status AM Group confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25 percent of issued shares (excluding any treasury shares).

• Share Option Scheme Although no options were outstanding or exercised during the month, the 2019 Share Option Scheme still allows for up to 80.00 million additional shares to be issued should future options be granted and exercised.

• Other Equity Instruments The filing indicated no warrants, convertibles, or other arrangements that could affect share capital, and no share repurchases or treasury-share transactions occurred in March 2026.

The return was signed by Joint Company Secretary Lam Yin Ling and submitted to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 02 April 2026.
