Kwung's Aroma Holdings Limited released its 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance Report, detailing performance for the year ended 31 December 2025 and outlining medium-term sustainability targets.

Governance and Oversight • The board retains ultimate responsibility for ESG strategy, supported by a Climate Management Task Force that completed scenario analyses under IPCC SSP and NGFS frameworks. • Twenty-one material ESG topics were validated through stakeholder engagement; climate, energy and supply-chain labour standards topped the list.

Environmental Performance • Total greenhouse-gas emissions fell 5.2% year-on-year to 3,844 tCO₂e (Scope 1: 65 t; Scope 2: 3,662 t; Scope 3: 117 t). • Emission intensity rose to 0.015 tCO₂e per tonne of product (2024: 0.006) as overall production volume dropped 60.6% while a new Vietnam plant ramped up. • Total energy use increased 4.0% to 6,673 MWh, of which electricity accounted for 6,423 MWh. Petrol consumption reached 14,084 L and diesel 6,600 L, reflecting higher forklift utilisation. • Water consumption climbed 27.8% to 58,060 m³, driven by the Vietnam facility and a new volatile-liquid line in Anhui. • Hazardous waste fell sharply to 45.8 t (-64.4%), while non-hazardous waste doubled to 1,574 t, mainly factory offcuts and packaging. • Environmental targets: 5% reductions in energy, water, carbon emissions and waste generation by 2030 (baseline 2024).

Climate Risk & Strategy • Acute physical risks include floods and heatwaves; transition risks stem from tighter carbon policies and rising low-carbon raw-material costs. • Mitigation measures cover emergency planning, insurance, energy-efficient equipment upgrades and photovoltaic adoption at the Binhai site.

Social Metrics • Headcount stood at 868 (63% female); Vietnam accounted for 273 employees. Overall turnover was 14%. • No work-related fatalities; 420 lost workdays recorded. • Employees received 260 training hours in total (0.3 hour per capita). • Anti-corruption courses became mandatory from 2024; no legal cases or violations were reported in 2025.

Supply Chain and Product Responsibility • Supplier base totals 1,595 (1,408 in China, 187 overseas). All vendors undergo standardised environmental and quality audits, including REACH compliance where applicable. • No product recalls or significant customer complaints occurred during the year.

Community Investment • Charitable donations amounted to 0.50 million to local organisations; employees are encouraged to join community service programmes.

Kwung's Aroma intends to track progress against its 2030 reduction targets while continuing to integrate climate analysis into enterprise risk management.
