The transaction, executed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, was completed at prices ranging from HK$3.58 to HK$3.62 per share, representing a volume-weighted outlay of HK$0.50 million.

Following the buyback, Weigao Group’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell marginally by 0.0031 % to 4.47 billion shares, while treasury shares increased to 52.89 million. The company’s total issued shares remain unchanged at 4.52 billion, as the repurchased shares are being held in treasury rather than cancelled.

Under Hong Kong listing rules, Weigao Group is restricted from issuing, selling, or transferring any treasury shares for 30 days following the latest repurchase, setting a moratorium period up to 28 May 2026.
