Shuanghua Holdings Updates Book-Closure Dates for Major Property Disposal EGM

Shuanghua Holdings Limited released a supplemental announcement on 18 August 2026 correcting the book-closure schedule related to its forthcoming extraordinary general meeting (EGM) for approving the previously announced major disposal of target properties.

The register of members will now be closed from Monday, 31 August 2026 to Thursday, 3 September 2026 (both days inclusive). Share transfers must be lodged with the company’s Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, by 4:30 p.m. on Friday, 28 August 2026. The new record date to determine shareholders’ eligibility to attend and vote at the EGM is Thursday, 3 September 2026.

Apart from the revised timetable, all other details in the 24 July 2026 disposal announcement remain unchanged. The board currently comprises three executive directors, one non-executive director and three independent non-executive directors.
