心动公司（02400）于2026年4月16日根据股份购回授权在香港联交所场内回购12万股普通股，约占公司已发行股本的0.0244%。回购价格介乎每股64.20港元至65.75港元，合计耗资约781.28万港元。
回购完成后，公司已发行股本仍为492,433,164股，库藏股数为0。此前回购授权于2025年5月29日获得通过，授权总额为49,167,523股，截至公告日期已累计回购4,339,600股，占授权通过当日公司已发行股本约0.8826%。公司确认已遵守相关上市规则和法例完成上述回购事宜。
