For the month ended 31 July 2026, Frontier Services Group Limited reported no changes to either its authorised or issued share capital, underscoring a stable equity structure.

Authorised and Issued Share Capital • Authorised capital remained at 6.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10, equivalent to HKD 600.00 million. • Issued shares stood unchanged at 2.40 billion, while the company continued to hold zero treasury shares. Consequently, public float stayed above the Main Board’s 25% threshold, satisfying regulatory requirements.

Equity Incentive Capacity • Although no share options were outstanding or exercised during the month, the 2023 share option scheme still permits the future issuance of up to 24.03 million shares.

Convertible Instruments • HKD 116.25 million of preference shares issued by subsidiary DVN (Group) Limited remain outstanding. These instruments are convertible into 34.19 million ordinary shares at a conversion price of HKD 3.40 per share. No conversions occurred in July.

Overall, Frontier Services Group recorded zero movements in authorised, issued, or treasury shares for the period, reflecting a steady capital base and unchanged dilution risk.
