On Oct, 23 2025, Sabana Real Estate Investment Management Pte. Ltd., the outgoing manager of Sabana Industrial Real Estate Investment Trust (M1GU), released a farewell statement to stakeholders, confirming its exit from the role.
The manager highlighted that the REIT’s income available for distribution per unit stood at 1.01 cents in 3Q 2025, matching 2Q 2025 and representing the highest quarterly level since 1Q 2018.
Sabana Industrial REIT has logged 19 consecutive quarters of positive rental reversion since 1Q 2021.
Citing Bloomberg data, the manager said the trust delivered a 34.2% total return for the first nine months of 2025, the best performance among Singapore-listed REITs excluding business trusts. From Jan, 1 2018 to Sep, 30 2025, total return reached 96.7%, outperforming both the iEdge S-REIT Index and the FTSE ST All-Share REIT Index.
The statement also reiterated plans for the REIT to achieve carbon-neutral status by 2040.
