BOC Hong Kong Maintains 10.57 Billion Issued Shares; Confirms Public Float Compliance for March 2026

BOC Hong Kong (Holdings) Limited filed its monthly return with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing for the period ended 31 March 2026, reporting stable share capital and full compliance with listing requirements.

The company’s issued ordinary share count stood at 10.57 billion, identical to the end-February level, with zero treasury shares on record. The authorised limit remains 20.00 billion ordinary shares, and the share capital carries no par value.

BOC Hong Kong confirmed that it satisfied the Main Board Listing Rule 13.32D public-float requirement, which mandates a minimum free float of 15 percent of issued shares.

No share options, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments were issued, exercised, or cancelled during the month.

The return was submitted on 01 April 2026 by Company Secretary Huang Xuefei.
