回购完成后，公司已发行B类普通股总数为372,864,640股，库藏股数增至22,548,000股，公司已发行股份总数维持395,412,640股规模。百融智能-W已于2026年6月30日通过股份回购授权，回购授权总规模为44,987,317股，截至目前累计已回购4,402,500股，占授权决议通过当日已发行股份数目的0.9786%。
