山东威高集团医用高分子制品股份有限公司（下称“威高股份”，股票代码01066）于2026年3月31日发布公告，披露在香港联交所场内进行股份回购。根据公告，回购数量为1,673,600股，约占公司已发行股本的0.0374%，每股价格介乎3.73港元至3.93港元，合计耗资约6,388,128港元（约638.81万港元）。
该次回购完成后，公司已发行股份（不包括库藏股）总数变更为4,474,388,724股，库藏股增至47,943,600股。公司已获于2025年5月27日通过的购回授权，授权总数为451,560,392股，截至目前，已有41,295,200股被回购，占授权通过时公司已发行股本的9.145%。
公告同时指出，威高股份确认此次回购行为符合香港联交所上市规则及相关法例的所有规定。公告由公司秘书黄妙玲签署。
