It is reported that Da Liang Technology Co., Ltd., the controlling shareholder of Nanjing Da Liang CNC Technology Co., Ltd., announced on January 13 that its board of directors has approved Da Liang CNC's plan for a Hong Kong listing on the same day, with the proposal expected to be submitted for shareholder approval on May 12, 2026. Da Liang Technology stated that, in order to accelerate the expansion of the mainland market, attract and incentivize professional talent, and enhance global competitiveness, Da Liang CNC plans to restructure into a joint-stock company and apply for an initial public offering and listing on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. The company pointed out that a successful listing is expected to positively impact the group's image, business development, and the value of its investments, benefiting both the company and all of its shareholders.
The proposed new share issuance is expected to account for approximately 25% of Nanjing Da Liang CNC's total share capital post-issuance (provisional), with Da Liang Technology's shareholding ratio expected to remain at about 75%. The final number of shares to be issued and the listing conditions will be authorized to the company's board of directors/Nanjing board of directors, to be decided in consultation with the lead underwriter based on regulations, funding requirements, and market conditions. Da Liang Technology emphasized that this spin-off listing will be handled in accordance with relevant regulations, and the company will continue to retain control over Da Liang CNC, which will remain a controlled subsidiary of the group; the rights and interests of existing shareholders will be unaffected, and the listing status of Da Liang Technology in Taiwan, China, will not be impacted.
