Bank of China (03988) announced that on July 18, 2025, the bank's board of directors approved the appointment of Mr. Yang Jun as Vice President of the bank. The bank has received approval from the National Financial Regulatory Administration for Mr. Yang Jun's qualification to serve as Vice President. Effective August 14, 2025, Mr. Yang Jun has assumed the position of Vice President of the bank.
