According to market updates, TIANJIN CAPITAL (01065) saw its shares soar over 150% before noon, closing at a rise of 80.66% at 7.1 HKD, with a trading volume of 74.4165 million HKD. The company plans to hold a board meeting on October 24 to approve its third-quarter financial results. Its interim report indicated that for the first half of the year, revenue was 2.178 billion RMB, a year-on-year decrease of 1.8%, while net profit attributable to shareholders was 473 million RMB, reflecting a year-on-year increase of 12.1%. Huatai Securities released a report in August stating that the market primarily views TIANJIN CAPITAL as a "traditional water service operator," lacking sufficient recognition of its positioning as a "comprehensive environmental service provider." The firm believes that TIANJIN CAPITAL has successfully developed a second growth curve focused on "new energy + solid waste," moving beyond the "local water service operator" label to become a "comprehensive environmental service provider." Furthermore, the dividend outlook appears attractive, with expected H-share dividend yields of 6.0%, 6.5%, and 6.9% for the years 2025, 2026, and 2027, respectively.
