iPower Inc.（纳斯达克：IPW）近日宣布，已就其位于加州兰乔库卡蒙加的部分设施签署转租协议，将在25个月合约期内创造新的合约性非稀释性收入流。
根据协议条款，公司基础租金收入启动阶段约为每月6.25万美元，三个月内将攀升至逾10.6万美元，租约末期更将达到每月约11.27万美元。整体来看，这项转租协议将持续至2028年5月，累计产生超过260万美元的合约性非稀释性收入。
此次转租区域面积约8.5万平方英尺，承租方为第三方物流运营商。租约自2026年5月1日生效，持续至2028年5月31日。业主方已全面批准此项转租安排。
iPower首席执行官Lawrence Tan表示："此次交易标志着我们向轻资产运营模式的持续转型。通过将未充分利用的空间转化为月均超10万美元的合约收入流，我们既提升了资本效率，又推动了可持续盈利进程。"
公司认为，该转租协议不仅增强了现金流可见性，减轻了固定成本压力，更彰显了其在不追加资本投入的情况下盘活现有基础设施的运营能力。
