(CSAM). The total subscription amount for this transaction stood at RMB200 million, funded by internal resources.

Both wealth management products feature a medium-to-low risk profile, are managed under a single asset management plan, and were arranged through CSAM with CITIC Tianjin Branch acting as the custodian bank. The products are expected to yield an annualized return of 2.8%, and the company stated that the subscriptions aim to enhance utilization efficiency of idle internal funds without impacting daily capital needs. The board concluded that the terms of both subscriptions are fair and reasonable and in the best interests of the company and its shareholders.
