心动有限公司（02400）于2026年3月17日公布翌日披露报表，公告显示公司在当日于香港联交所场内回购合共108,000股普通股。此次回购每股价格介乎72港元至75.05港元，合共付出价格总额约7,911,064.8港元。公司已发行股本仍保持在494,429,564股，因购回股份尚未注销。
根据公告，此次股份回购依据2025年5月29日通过的购回授权进行，公司可回购的股份总数为49,167,523股。截至目前，公司已合计回购2,060,600股，占授权通过当日已发行股本约0.4191%。公司确认上述操作符合香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法规要求。
