Nissin Foods updates board composition and committee leadership effective 1 July 2026

Nissin Foods Company Limited has released the list of directors and their respective roles and committee assignments that will take effect on 1 July 2026.

The board will comprise 11 members: six executive directors and five independent non-executive directors (INEDs). Kiyotaka Ando continues as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, joined by executive directors Shinji Tatsutani, Kiyoshi Matsuura, Katsunori Hiroi, Xi Xiaotong and Takayuki Yagi.

The five INEDs are Masaru Takahashi, Professor Toshiaki Sakai, Professor Keiko Ito and Simon Nicholas Walton.

Committee structure: 1. Audit Committee – chaired by Masaru Takahashi, with Professor Sakai and Professor Ito as members. 2. Remuneration Committee – chaired by Masaru Takahashi, with Professor Sakai and Professor Ito as members. 3. Nomination Committee – chaired by Kiyotaka Ando, with Masaru Takahashi as a member.

The announcement, dated 3 June 2026, confirms continuity in leadership while detailing the formal governance framework that will guide Nissin Foods from July onward.
