沿海家园(01124.HK)3月9日晚间公告，根据香港《收购守则》3.7条规定，公司就潜在强制性有条件现金要约事项作出月度更新。\n\n公告称，卖方与潜在要约人就出售合共153,126,197股股份及相关销售贷款的交易条款仍在磋商。截至公告日，双方尚未签署任何正式或具有法律约束力的买卖协议。\n\n公司表示，依据《收购守则》要求，将继续在每月发布进展，直至要约人表明强烈意向提出要约或决定终止相关事宜为止，并将按上市规则及/或收购守则的规定适时披露后续信息。\n\n董事会提醒股东及潜在投资者，目前尚无法保证该潜在交易将达成或完成，相关商讨亦不一定会导致根据收购守则第26.1条的全面要约。投资者在买卖本公司证券时应保持审慎。
