威铖国际(01002)于2026年3月4日发布的月报显示，截至2026年2月28日，公司注册股本及已发行股份数保持不变，未出现新增发行、购回或注销等变动。
根据公告披露，公司本月底的注册股本仍为40亿股，每股面值0.05港元，注册股本总额2亿港元；已发行股份总数维持在2,511,084,792股，库藏股数量为0股。同日，公司确认目前符合上市规则所要求的最低公众持股量。
公告同时说明，报告期内，公司未有任何股份期权计划或其他可转换证券的变动；截至2月底，公司股本结构整体维持稳定。公司并在公告中表示，其所有股份发行及相关事宜均获董事会正式授权，符合香港联交所《上市规则》及其他适用法律法规的要求。
