Greater Bay Area Dynamic Growth Holding Limited (the “Company,” Stock Code: 1189) announced that the Listing Review Committee of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited upheld an earlier decision to cancel the listing of its shares. According to the announcement, the last trading day will be 13 February 2026, with the delisting taking effect at 9:00 a.m. on 16 February 2026.

The announcement also states that share certificates will remain valid after the delisting date, but the shares will no longer be listed or tradeable on the Stock Exchange. The Company will no longer be subject to the Listing Rules following the effective date of cancellation.

Additionally, Company Secretary and authorised representative Mr. Tsui Ming Hay, Paul has tendered his resignation, effective 16 February 2026.
