SHIN HWA WORLD (00582) has released its interim results for the 2026 fiscal year, recording revenue of HK$483 million, a 17.8% increase compared to the same period last year.
The company posted a net loss of HK$68.289 million for the period, marking a significant improvement with a 72.1% year-on-year reduction in losses. Basic loss per share stood at 1.87 HK cents.
Compared with the first half of 2025, the decrease in the group's net loss for the current period is primarily attributed to three key factors: higher consolidated revenue, particularly from the group's integrated resort development project; an increase in the fair value of investment properties; and the recovery of taxes paid in prior years.
