江苏龙蟠科技集团股份有限公司（02465，龙蟠科技）8月19日公告称，公司已于2026年6月22日完成1,500万股新增H股配售并完成股份登记。\n\n配售完成后，公司已发行H股总数由1.20亿股增至1.35亿股，A股总数保持656,111,906股不变。公司已发行股份总数由77,611.1906万股增加至79,111.1906万股。\n\n相应地，公司注册资本将由77,611.1906万元调整为79,111.1906万元。为此，公司拟对《公司章程》中涉及注册资本及股本总数的相关条款进行修订。\n\n上述《公司章程》修订及注册资本变更事项已于2026年8月18日获公司第五届董事会第十五次会议审议通过，尚需提交股东大会审议。董事会同时提请股东大会授权董事会及获授权人士办理后续工商变更登记等相关手续。
