希玛医疗控股有限公司(03309)于2026年2月13日发布翌日披露报表，宣布当日于香港联交所回购普通股股份150,000股，每股回购价介乎每股1.45港元至1.47港元，合计付出约218,760港元。该回购股份数占回购前已发行股份总数的约0.0124%。
回购完成后，公司于2026年2月13日的已发行股份总数(不包括库藏股)为1,212,200,870股，库藏股数增至20,142,000股，合计股份总数维持在1,232,342,870股。
根据公告，购回授权于2025年5月19日获批，公司可回购最高总数为125,556,087股，截至目前已回购150,000股。公司确认本次回购活动遵守香港联合交易所有限公司的相关上市规则和适用法规。
