Superland Group Holdings Limited released its monthly return for April 2026, confirming that both authorised and issued share capital remained unchanged and the company continued to meet Hong Kong Stock Exchange public-float requirements.

• Authorised share capital: 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, equivalent to HKD 20.00 million. No increases or reductions were recorded during the month.

• Issued share capital: 800.00 million ordinary shares outstanding; the company held zero treasury shares. There were no share issues, cancellations, repurchases, or transfers during April.

• Share option activity: The share option scheme adopted on 16 June 2020 showed no outstanding options at month-end, and no new options were granted, exercised, or lapsed.

• Public-float status: Management confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum threshold of 25 percent of issued shares in public hands as of 30 April 2026.

The filing, signed by Director Ng Chi Chiu on 5 May 2026, indicates operational stability in the company’s capital structure over the reporting period.
