APAC Realty Limited said on Feb, 4 2026 that its wholly owned subsidiary, ERA Realty Network Pte. Ltd., has been named as one of three co-defendants in a lawsuit filed in the High Court of Singapore.

The claimants accuse ERA of breaching its duty of care and, alternatively, of being vicariously liable for an alleged negligent misrepresentation by one of its salespersons in a property transaction. They are seeking damages of about 0.73 million Singapore dollars, to be claimed jointly and severally from the defendants.

APAC Realty stated that it is obtaining legal advice and intends to vigorously defend the action. The board said the case is not expected to have a material impact on the group’s financial position or performance for the financial year ending Dec, 31 2026, but chose to release a voluntary announcement to keep shareholders informed.
