2025年上半年，丰盛控股有限公司实现营收约人民币102.65亿元，同比下降约4%。经调整净利润录得约人民币1.79亿元，去年同期则为亏损约人民币15.27亿元，呈现大幅度扭亏为盈。 毛利约人民币19.30亿元，同比上升35%，毛利率由上年同期的13.4%提升至18.8%。经营利润约人民币5.51亿元，经营利润率约5.4%，去年同期为经营亏损。经营活动现金净流量约人民币9.47亿元，去年同期为净流出约人民币8.55亿元。 上半年销售及管理费用率（销售及分销开支与行政开支合计占比）为7.3%，去年同期约为6.3%。公司研发投入占营收约4.4%，较去年同期3.8%有所提升。

业务分项

物业板块营收约人民币1.10亿元，同比下降13%，主要由于本期可供出租及开发的物业规模减少；旅游板块营收约人民币1.34亿元，同比下降1%；投资及金融服务板块营收约人民币0.13亿元，同比下降约7%；健康及教育板块营收约人民币0.41亿元，下降84%，主要因相关商品交易量减少；新能源板块仍为收入主要来源，同比下降2%至人民币99.79亿元，风电及工业齿轮传动设备销售保持增长，但因大宗商品及钢铁产业链贸易业务停滞，对总收入有所影响。
