集信国控(08629)于2026年5月15日发布更新公告，对公司截至2025年12月31日止年度的建议末期股息作出调整，更新了派息金额及汇率。该末期股息已于同日获股东大会批准。
公告显示，公司将宣派末期普通股息每股0.18元人民币，以预设派发货币港元计算为每股0.21港元，所用汇率为1元人民币兑1.14港元。股权登记日为2026年5月27日，除净日定于5月19日。为符合获取股息分派资格，递交股份过户文件的最后时限为5月20日下午4时30分，股份过户登记将自5月21日至5月27日暂停办理。股息预计于2026年7月14日正式派发。
根据公告，代扣所得税安排方面，境外非居民企业股东（包括以香港中央结算（代理人）有限公司名义持有者）将按股息总额的10%代扣企业所得税。对于非中国内地登记地址的个人股东，若为香港或澳门居民，或来自与中国签署10%股息税率协定的国家居民，适用10%的预扣税率；若来自与中国签署20%税率协定的国家或未签署协定的国家居民等情形，则按20%税率代扣个人所得税。
