Elife Holdings Limited announced that, after trading hours on 20 April 2026, it entered into a further supplemental agreement with its placing agent to extend the long stop date for completing the placing of new shares under a specific mandate. The deadline moves from 21 April 2026 to 12 May 2026, or a later date subject to mutual agreement.
The company explained that the additional extension is required to allow the placing agent more time to finalise discussions with potential placees, complete related administrative procedures and arrange payment logistics. All other terms and conditions agreed in the previous supplemental placing agreement remain unchanged.
This marks the second postponement of the long stop date. The initial placing agreement was signed on 9 January 2026, supplemented on 12 January 2026, endorsed by shareholders on 6 March 2026, and first extended on 26 March 2026.
Elife Holdings advises shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s shares.
