RAILY AESMED Reports Stable Share Capital in May 2026; 8.49% Potential Dilution from Outstanding Options

On 3 June 2026, Raily Aesthetic Medicine International Holdings Limited (RAILY AESMED) filed its monthly return for the period ended 31 May 2026, showing no changes in share capital structure.

The authorised share capital remained at 1 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.05, equivalent to USD 50.00 million.

Issued shares were unchanged at 557.08 million, and the company continued to hold no treasury shares. RAILY AESMED confirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s 25% public-float requirement.
