The company emphasises a “website-first” approach, recommending shareholders access the electronic versions of these materials and all future corporate communications to enhance timeliness and reduce paper consumption.

Shareholders who previously elected to receive printed documents will find the current set enclosed. Those encountering difficulties with email notifications or website access, or who prefer hard copies for future publications, can submit the accompanying Reply Form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, using the prepaid mailing label provided, or via email at 938-ecom@vistra.com. Printed copies will be dispatched free of charge upon request.

Man Sang International underscores that registered shareholders are responsible for providing a functional email address. Until an active email address is supplied, shareholders will continue to receive printed “Notice of Publication” and other actionable corporate communications.
