2026年3月23日，昊海生物科技(06826)公布回购股份事项。公司当日在香港联交所场内回购H股共计107,200股，约占公司现有已发行股份总数的0.0474%。本次回购价格介乎每股22.28港元至22.68港元，总涉资约240.55万港元。
公告显示，公司已发行股份总数目前为226,132,800股，其中包括190,203,760股A股与35,929,040股H股。由于本次回购的股份尚未被注销，回购结束后的公司已发行股本与库藏股数暂未发生变化。此外，公司于2025年6月10日通过的购回授权所允许回购的股份总数为3,914,184股，截至目前已回购2,707,400股。
公司确认，此次回购符合法律法规及上市规则的相关规定。公告由董秘兼联席公司秘书田敏签署。
