Wing Tai Chairman’s Wife Buys 60,000 Shares, Raising Stake to 62.03%

Helen Chow, the wife of Wing Tai chairman Cheng Wai Keung, purchased an additional 60,000 shares in the company on Oct 27. The transaction amount was not disclosed. Following this acquisition, her total voting shares in the company now stand at 473,845,859, representing 62.03% of the total ordinary voting shares. Wing Tai’s shares closed at $1.48 on Oct 27, up 2 cents or 1.37% for the day.
