周五， 毛记葵涌 一度飙升40%，截至目前年内涨幅约170%。毛记葵涌公布，要约人骁骏传奇以总现金代价1.222亿港元，向Blackpaper Limited(黑纸)购入该公司1.755亿股，相当于该公司已发行股本的65%。
要约人根据收购守则第26.1条，须提出强制性无条件现金要约，每股现金要约价为0.6963港元，较该股停牌前收市价1.21港元折让约42.45%。倘要约获悉数接纳，要约的代价将为6580.04万港元。要约人拟于要约结束后维持股份于联交所的上市地位。
Blackpaper由该公司主席姚家豪(阿Bu)及执行董事陆家俊(陈强)各持有50%权益。骁骏传奇由马黎阳持有，他于投资及营运中国境内从事含重金属固体有害废弃物洁净利用及无害化环保处理的高新科技环保企业方面拥有14年经验。
