创科实业有限公司（股份代号：0669）于2026年1月5日发布截至2025年12月31日的月度股份变动报告。公告显示，报告期内公司进行了股份购回与期权行使，导致已发行股份数量从上月底的18.3086亿股降至18.2921亿股。
报告期内，公司普通股因购回并注销合计减少1,750,000股，购回日期分别为2025年12月2日和12月30日。与此同时，公司共有95,000股因期权行使而新增发行，行使所得资金约为港币3,448,500元。两项相抵后，12月合计净减少1,655,000股，公司于本月底的已发行股份数量为1,829,209,941股。
公告还显示，截至12月底，创科实业在期权计划下的未行使期权总数保持在约2204.5万股（包括第一项1,350,000股与第二项20,695,000股），本月仅有95,000股因行使期权而转换为正式发行的普通股。
公司表示，截止报告期末，注册股本并无变动，已发行股数则因购回与期权行使而略有减少。公司确认已遵守香港联交所《上市规则》及相关法律规定。
