GREAT CHI HLDGS (00021) announced its financial results for the year ended December 31, 2025. The Group recorded revenue of HK$60.629 million, representing a decrease of 54.27% compared to the previous year. The loss attributable to shareholders was HK$148 million, which widened by 36.53% year-on-year. The loss per share was HK3.73 cents.

The increase in the loss attributable to shareholders was primarily due to the decline in turnover for the year ended December 31, 2025. Other contributing factors included an exchange loss of approximately HK$41.53 million arising from the translation of the Group's financial liabilities, a fair value loss on investment properties of about HK$37.55 million, a goodwill impairment loss of approximately HK$44.72 million, and an impairment loss on completed properties held for sale of around HK$13.32 million.

The fair value loss on investment properties and the impairment losses on properties held for sale and goodwill, which resulted from the acquisition of an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, were attributed to the continued deterioration of the property market in the regions where the Group's investment properties and development projects are located.
