AV Concept repurchases 2.18 million shares, lifting treasury stock to 5.50 million

AV Concept Holdings Limited disclosed a new share buy-back executed on 14 August 2026, purchasing 2.18 million ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The transaction represents 0.25 % of the company’s 871.68 million outstanding shares prior to the repurchase.

• Purchase details – Trading volume: 2.18 million shares – Price range: HKD 1.18–1.26 per share – Volume-weighted average price: HKD 1.23 – Aggregate consideration: HKD 2.69 million

• Share capital movements – Shares in issue (excluding treasury) decreased from 871.68 million to 869.50 million. – Treasury shares rose from 3.32 million to 5.50 million. – Total issued shares remained unchanged at 875.00 million.

• Repurchase mandate utilisation – The current general mandate, granted on 5 September 2025, authorises buy-backs of up to 90.87 million shares. – Cumulative purchases under this mandate now total 39.16 million shares, equivalent to 4.31 % of the share base on the mandate date, leaving capacity for a further 51.70 million shares.

• Regulatory timeline – A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or transfers of treasury stock is in effect until 13 September 2026, in line with Hong Kong Listing Rule 10.06(3).

The company confirmed all repurchases were executed in accordance with Hong Kong listing regulations, and no material changes have been made to the explanatory statement dated 1 August 2025.
