Effective January 1, 2026, Mr. Myagmarjav Ganbyamba has resigned from his positions as a non-executive director of the company and as a member of the Environmental, Social, and Governance Committee. Concurrently, Mr. Ariunbayar Byambadorj has been appointed as a non-executive director of the company and will also join the Environmental, Social, and Governance Committee.
