On August 25, China Unicom Xiong'an Internet Industry Park (Phase 1) officially entered operation. As one of the market-oriented relief projects in Xiong'an New Area's startup area, the China Unicom Xiong'an Internet Industry Park project represents an important measure by China Unicom to thoroughly implement the strategic deployment of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, actively serve the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and build Xiong'an New Area with high standards and quality.

The startup area of Xiong'an New Area is an important region for undertaking the relief of Beijing's non-capital functions, concentrating high-end innovative elements, and leading high-quality development. The China Unicom Xiong'an Internet Industry Park project is located in the internet industry park section of the startup area, committed to building China Unicom's innovation center in Xiong'an New Area. Recently, with the completion and operation of Phase 1 of the industry park, three units have successively moved in: China Unicom Smart City Research Institute, Unicom Xiong'an Industrial Internet Co., Ltd., and China Unicom Xiong'an New Area Branch.

The park will focus on building a "cutting-edge technology application demonstration zone," with key deployment of next-generation information technologies such as IPv6, promoting the implementation of innovative applications including HarmonyOS ecosystem and low-altitude intelligent connectivity, and building it into a full-stack IPv6 demonstration park, HarmonyOS application demonstration park, and low-altitude intelligent network innovation center.

Meanwhile, the park adheres to the concept of technology empowerment in construction and operation, comprehensively utilizing innovative technologies such as Internet of Things, AI algorithms, and 3D visualization to build an intelligent operation management system, committed to creating a green, energy-efficient, and people-oriented smart park.

Focusing on intelligent office and living needs, the park has built a series of smart facilities and functions including intelligent conference rooms, office environment monitoring, smart restrooms, smart attendance, and equipment linkage control, creating a convenient and comfortable office and living environment.

In terms of management, relying on AI algorithms and digital twin technologies, the park has achieved comprehensive perception, intelligent analysis, and timely response to operational conditions, covering multiple scenarios including security linkage, intelligent vehicle monitoring, equipment operation and maintenance management, and emergency command. It has also built a comprehensive operation management platform to conduct global analysis of data and information collected by various terminals, achieving integrated management that is "visible, manageable, and controllable."

In energy efficiency control, through coordinated regulation and control, the park realizes collaborative operation of energy management, smart lighting, air conditioning intelligent control, and smart irrigation. Through energy consumption analysis and prediction, it effectively improves energy utilization efficiency.

Based on Xiong'an New Area as an innovation highland and entrepreneurial hotbed, China Unicom Xiong'an Internet Industry Park will fully leverage the advantages of information networks and digital technologies, work hand in hand with the industrial ecosystem, and continuously inject new momentum and contribute new wisdom to the digital city construction of Xiong'an New Area and the development of space-based information and satellite internet industries.
