Hong Kong—Zhong Ju Investment Group Limited reported no changes to its share capital structure for the month ended 31 May 2026, according to the company’s monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 1 June 2026.

The company’s authorised share capital remained at 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, representing authorised capital of HKD 20.00 million. Issued shares stood steady at 530.00 million, with zero treasury shares held and no share issuances, cancellations, or repurchases during the period.

Zhong Ju Investment confirmed it continues to meet the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25% of issued shares. The filing also indicates that there were no outstanding share options, warrants, convertible instruments, or other agreements that could dilute the share base.

The submission was signed by Joint Company Secretary Chan Ngai Fan, affirming compliance with all relevant listing rules and regulatory obligations.
