FS ANTHRACITE (01738) announced that, effective December 2, 2025, Ms. Lin Haiqi has been appointed as the company secretary. Mr. Chen Qian has resigned as an independent non-executive director due to other business commitments and personal matters. Following his resignation, Mr. Chen will no longer serve as the chairman of the audit committee or as a member of the remuneration and nomination committees. Mr. Tan Zhuohao and Mr. Huang Hua'an have also stepped down as chairmen of the nomination committee and remuneration committee, respectively. On the same day, Mr. Li Zongyang, the board chairman, was appointed as the chairman of the nomination committee, while Mr. Wang Xiufeng was appointed as the chairman of the remuneration committee.
