天保能源股份有限公司（01671）9月15日自愿公告称，公司于2026年9月14日完成并投运膜法除氧器节能改造项目。该项目落地于公司非全资附属公司天津天保临港热电有限公司现有厂区内，利用闲置土地建设常温膜除氧器，用以替代原有大气式热力除氧器。
改造前，临港热电5台燃气锅炉配套2台、2台燃机余热锅炉各配1台大气式热力除氧器。传统设备在运行中排氧阀蒸汽损失较大、节能效果有限。此次改造通过应用常温膜除氧技术，项目建成后可减少排氧阀汽损、降低自用蒸汽量并降低排烟温度，从而提升供汽量与锅炉生产效率。
公司董事会表示，该项目投入运营将有效降低蒸汽生产环节燃料消耗与运营成本，提升供汽效率，预计为集团业绩带来积极影响。集团未来将继续依托现有工业蒸汽服务园区区位优势，重点推进余热余压回收利用、蒸汽管网保温优化及AI锅炉控制等方向，进一步提升综合能源服务业务盈利能力。
