2026年5月18日，威高股份（股票代码：01066）公告称，当日在香港联交所场内回购普通股合共520,000股，约占当日回购前公司已发行股本（不含库存股）0.0116%。本次回购的每股价格介乎港币3.39元至3.47元之间，合计支付对价为港币1,781,600元，折合约178.16万港元。
公告显示，回购完成后，公司已发行股本约为4,466,443,524股，库存股份增至55,888,800股，总股本仍为4,522,332,324股。本次回购源自2025年5月27日获通过的股份购回授权。据悉，公司根据该授权可回购股份总数达451,560,392股，截至本次回购前已于香港联交所等交易所合共购回49,240,400股，占购回授权当日公司已发行股本（不含库存股）约10.9045%。
公司同时重申，已严格遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规，回购事宜经公司董事会正式批准。公告由公司秘书黄妙玲签署。
