The Defense Research Trade Union in Wuhan, Hubei Province, recently organized a specialized networking event for young masters and doctoral graduates titled "Meeting on the Research Path, Walking with You." The event was held at the Bai Jia ART Space with the aim of precisely serving the development needs of young talents in the defense research sector and fostering an environment that shows care, offers service, and provides support for the youth. Over 60 young employees from various research frontline positions gathered in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere to meet like-minded friends and share experiences of their youth.

The event featured six themed interest groups focusing on reading, cuisine, travel, film, music, and outdoor sports, allowing participants to quickly find their "circle of resonance" based on personal interests. Each group engaged in lively discussions and collaboration around fun tasks such as "co-creating a book list," "designing a food route," "planning a weekend trip," "recommending films and music," and "mapping out exercise plans." Afterward, each team presented their results on stage.

Interactive games further enlivened the atmosphere, helping the young attendees build closer connections through lighthearted competition. Additional segments, including "eight-minute dates" and a matchmaking segment hosted by "Sister Hao," provided platforms for those interested in further communication to connect more deeply.
