6月23日周一盘前，自动驾驶科技公司文远知行（WRD）股价大涨5.19%，引发市场关注。据多方消息源报道，文远知行已秘密提交香港上市申请，这一消息成为推动股价上涨的主要因素。对于上市传闻，文远知行方面表示不予置评。
文远知行于2024年10月在美国纳斯达克上市，是全球首个通用自动驾驶上市公司。公司2025年第一季度财报显示，总收入达7,244万元人民币，同比稳健增长；毛利率保持在35.0%的行业领先水平。值得注意的是，公司Robotaxi业务收入达1,610万元，占总收入比例大幅提升至22.3%，展现出强劲的业务增长势头。
近期，文远知行在全球化战略布局方面动作频频。今年5月，公司与Uber达成重要战略合作，获得1亿美元追加投资，双方计划未来五年在15个新城市规模化部署Robotaxi服务，覆盖欧洲、中东等国际市场。此外，文远知行还与迪拜道路与交通管理局（RTA）达成合作，计划于2025年在迪拜推出首批商业化Robotaxi服务，进一步拓展其全球业务版图。
