维德思投资宣布签署一份不具约束力的合作意向书，旨在获取融资并整合安多里亚及马瓦帕涅夫工业资产。此次合作涉及为国防项目开发提供资金，例如MK82及155毫米弹药部件的生产。
意向书由维德思投资与波兰冶金集团、Supra Investments及Doradztwo Gospodarcze Scorpion共同签署。交易方案假定波兰冶金集团将发行价值2100万波兰兹罗提的新股，共计700万股；维德思投资计划至少购入价值200万波兰兹罗提的股份。
根据协议，波兰冶金集团将通过发行约3333万股股份，换取安多里亚及马瓦帕涅夫工业资产100%的股权，该部分股份约占波兰冶金集团总股本的69.1%。此外，波兰冶金集团计划进行另一轮新股发行，规模约在4000万至8000万兹罗提之间，每股发行价预计高于3.00兹罗提。
该意向书还设想启动相关程序，将波兰冶金集团的上市地位从NewConnect市场转移至华沙证券交易所主板市场。
